“More Spring Blooms”

The Section of Antitrust Law has just published a comprehensive report addressing common antitrust issues relating to the digital economy. The report identifies and summarizes the positions expressed by the Section on these issues. It is great reading for anyone interested in learning about developments in global antitrust enforcement as applied to the digital economy, and especially useful to those interacting with antitrust agencies around the world as these consider changes in their respective enforcement regimes dealing with digital transformation. Please join us for a very interesting discussion of the report with some of the Section members that were involved in preparing it. Topics to be discussed include market definition, big data, merger issues, exclusionary conduct, artificial intelligence and more!
