Rising prices for prescription drugs have spawned a raft of antitrust cases and regulatory inquiries on both sides of the Atlantic. But can and should antitrust laws be used to deal with the issue of high drug prices? This session will consider the use of antitrust litigation and legislative efforts in the U.S. and Europe to address perceived market failures in the pharmaceutical arena.
